We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding passive hydroponic farm seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our team as our next Soilless Farm Manager. As the Farm Manager, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of our hydroponic operations, including crop production, facility maintenance, and staff management. 

You will have the chance to:

• Develop and execute innovative plans for crop production, selecting and acquiring seed stock and monitoring growth and yield
• Oversee and maintain the cutting-edge hydroponic equipment and facilities
• Train and lead a dedicated team of farm staff, scheduling and assigning tasks
• Monitor and control environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and nutrient levels to optimize plant growth
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Keep accurate records of crop production and financial performance
• Continuously explore and implement new technologies and techniques to improve efficiency and yields

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a hydroponic, Soilless or Polyhouse farm or related agricultural operation
• Strong knowledge of hydroponic systems and techniques
• Experience with crop production, including seed selection and propagation
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call as needed
• Strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field is preferred but not required
