We are a thriving Passive hydroponic farm on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as our next Sales cum Marketing Manager. If you have a passion for hydroponics, experience in both sales and marketing, and a desire to build a strong supply chain and selling channels, this is your chance to make a real impact and advance your career.

As the Sales cum Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to promote our farm and its products to the public. Additionally, you will be responsible for travelling to different cities to collaborate with agents and build a strong supply chain and selling channels.

 You will have the chance to:

• Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media
• Develop and implement sales plans to reach target audiences and increase product sales
• Collaborate with our production team to create compelling content and messaging
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts and make data-driven decisions
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners and agents
• Travel to different cities to collaborate with agents and build a strong supply chain and selling channels

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing and sales campaigns
• Strong knowledge of marketing and sales tools and techniques, including digital marketing, content marketing, and social media management
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel
